From check-in to check-out the service was excellent! I loved the location, the room was comfy, and the food in the restaurant yummy! The staff was really helpful and provided great recommendations. The doormen so nice and made coming/going very easy & welcoming. I would definitely stay here for vacation, but for business purposes, they made my stay very easy as I was constantly on the go for work. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. But room also lacked basic amenities that motels come with. Lobby was smaller than my living room and the restaurant area was even smaller. Obviously not worth the price they charge by any stretch of the imagination. That said, the staff was friendly and the views were cool and it's right downtown.

Perfect location…. Right across from Metro blue line. A few good restaurants close by. Staff was great. Like many hotels now, because of staffing issues, not all services are being performed but if you asked them for anything, they were right on it. My wife and two kids would definitely use that hotel again. We were originally placed on the 3rd floor and asked if we could go higher as to not hear street noise. No issues, they moved us up to 13 and it was great. Super friendly staff. All of them were super nice and were happy to serve.

A very good quality hotel located in downtown Washington DC. Very convenient location. The rooms are in great condition. There are a few other amenities, small gym, swimming pool, conference room and a bar on the level floor. I had the fortune not to have to pay for my stay because I was attending a special event but I'm sure the room rate is reasonable for the type of hotel this is.
