Is it just me or do they have a lack of communication?? Who is actually in charge of leasing?? I have talked to 3 different people trying to get approved and moved in to my place and its taken them 3days!!

I've used them twice now and for the most part I've had no problems with them but if I have questions or needs I always go into Scott brown properties and they always get it handled.

Your right. They close randomly without notice. they dont contact their residents about important things. Goof luck trying to get any maintenance done here too because they never tell the guys what needs to be done and they wo t fix anything unless management tells them to... I had issues even going to the office, it took forever just for someone to help. Most of them dont even know what they are doing...I hated them so much

I'm not sure.. I've never had a problem here. They've always handled the showings to leasing to maintaining my account with professionalism, kindness, and with. Complete effiency. I'll soon be looking for a new place to live and I will be calling on Scott Brown Reality to assist me in my endeavor. 😎👍🙃
