I need a front windshield wiper replaced on my 2006 Tribeca. Do I need an appointment or can I drop in tomorrow afternoon when I'll be driving through the area? will it be done quickly?

Are you talking about getting the part replaced? If its a simple new windshield wiper blade I'd take it to AutoZone/Pepboys who will do it for you if you ask for free with purchase of new wiper blade. Regardless I'd call ahead before showing up.
