The communication between the staff and customer was terrible. Toyota initially reached out to me, saying i have rewards points to redeem off of services. I said great, I’ll make an appointment. We did, and I also asked ahead of time if I could know how long the appointment would take because I have a 2 year old and cannot sit in the waiting room all day. They said they would call me back with an estimated time (but never called). Then, I come in for the appointment and ask how long it’ll be, they said an hour and a half. They call me 3 hours later to tell me I need to order parts to fix my light (and quote me $300+ for a fog light, absurd). No one explained this before, I was under the impression my light was being fixed that day. But all they did was an oil change. I’m sorry, 3+ hours for an oil change? Meanwhile I had to find a ride home because my toddler and I cannot sit in the waiting room for 3 hours. Later when I pick up my vehicle, I get charged $133 for an oil change because they rotated my tires, checked my brakes, etc. I did not ask for that, I just wanted an oil change and fog light fixed. I didn’t get what I asked for, and I was overcharged. And on top of that, they told me 3 times that I need new tires soon and insisted on showing me prices. I’m aware I need tires but I refuse to buy them from Toyota. Will never get work here done again. I wasted 4 hours of my day for an overpriced oil change. I asked politely if I could provide feedback about my experience, and the service manager didn’t offer any type of resolution. She just said “yeah i feel really bad about that…”. So unhelpful and inconsiderate of my time.

I would suggest directly contacting the dealership.
Masks on at all times when inside the facility. They also provided hand sanitizer and masks if you needed.
That is something you would need to sit down and discuss with their financial department.
Yres, take it back. I am sure that is a loose clip.
No if you take care of your car and you change the oil every three to five thousand miles you shouldn't need this
