It’s just disappointing when I go to rotate my tires (myself) and have to break and replace yet another hub bolt to get the tire off due to service cross threading and torquing on the lug nut apparently. Maybe take your time or tell me it needs to be replaced please everything else has been great regarding my experience with service.

Had a bad sales experience with looking for a used cars for my son. I get that inventory is very low everywhere but people buying cars need to do better. Your giving the dealership the right to behave horribly. This dealer needs to clean these cars up before they even try to sell them. Dealership have some pride in your products. They had a car traded in and it had a broken break light and hadn’t been clean, test drove it and several warning lights came on. They were supposed to get back to us after they spoke to the mechanic, the next day we heard it’s all good with no explanation, we said we’ll pass and they sold the car the next day. The salesman also said their were two other cars that just came in that we should consider and we went to look at them and when we followed up within a day or two a day they were sold and the first car we looked at was still on the lot looking like it did previously. In addition all of these cars were horribly priced. It’s clear the dealership is charging a premium for the cars based on supply and demand. I get it, it’s business 101, but as I’ve seen in previous post, I hope people remember their business practices in the long run.

Wish I had read some of the other recent postings prior to going to the dealership. My son has been looking for a Crosstrek (his first vehicle purchase) and he works down in this area. I went after work to meet him there (an hour away) to find out they were adding the additional markup above MSRP. Like others, I won't pay this charge and won't support dealers in the future that are taking advantage of the situation. The franchises might have the "right" to do this, but I hope customers have the memory to recall dealerships that acted this way and make future decisions for service and purchases accordingly. I also feel their website pricing is misleading/false advertising since they show MSRP and window sticker with msrp but don't mention the additional markup. On another note, the salesperson (Nettie) was very friendly and helpful in answering questions for my son and I realize these decisions are occurring at the leadership level. I only recommend that you might mention this fee in advance when people call into the dealership to schedule seeing a vehicle - as my son did. Response from Piazza similar to other responses on critical issues - call us to see what we can do. I gave you salespersons name and she had contact info so assume you aren't looking to eliminate extra markup. Not an issue for us - we took care of getting a different car today but will keep in mind as I look to replace my vehicle this coming year as well (Honda/Toyota).
