The CAD doesn't collect taxes. You should contact the tax collector's office. But you can pay partial payments. You will be assessed penalties and interest on the amounts past due. There are companies that will loan you money to pay the taxes without credit checks and it will be a lot less than the penalties and interest the government charges.
