You can get a table at any time and receive excellent food and service. I know what you meant be a timed seating "family style" and they serve off the menu.
First time first serve. Wonderful place and amazing expirience for everyone visitors and local who love authentic Basque food. If you add great atmosphere and nostalgic historical building its worthy everything. Been there many time .Would always take any of my best friend.

Just a couple or bigger group, you can come in and be served up until close
I don't know what"one seating per night" is. Why would you want two seating s per night?
