Good morning John If it's an animal coming from the Kern County Fair, it is $1.00 per lb. hanging weight. This means that when we receive the carcass we weigh it and charge $1 for every lb. Right now we are only receiving Fair animals and will not receive any other animals until we're done with the Fair. Hopefully this answers your question.
