I came here to stay with a friend and could not believe this apartment and the condition that's in. I stomped on more than 50 roaches in the matter of an hour. My friend was so embarrassed for me to see that and told me she always ask them to spray the place. I also smelled something bad every morning and found a water leak behind the stove next to the wall which I know its black mold. Its really sad how this managements takes advantage of people that can not afford more to live in a better place. I'm going to help her move out of this garbage bit. And I told her to start documenting every thing and take samples of that Mold at her place to turn over to the health department and to save it for her law suit. Finally,, to the staff that manages this place have a heart for the women and children that live there and try to do a better job to care for these people. Don't just take a pay check and make the owner richer on the pain of those whom live there.

They prey on low income and people who don't have other options. The apartments have black mold and they KNOW! They just tell you make sure you leave a window cracked! I had people blocking my staircase all hours of the day and night and people trying open my door. My living room floor was literally SINKING in in spots and the wood laminate peels. (I was upstairs) when i left after giving my 30 day notice, all of our clothes smelled so strongly of mold and we suffered health problems for months. There were people having "relations" in the laundry area, as well as homeless staying in there. They will lie and report that you owe thousands of dollars. Be careful of this place! Erica is not a good person. They also lied about the dates. I have disputed this on my credit report but will be reporting them as well. This has gone on long enough.

My husband and I have lived here since 2016. The property manager is Erika and it has been a very pleasant stay since we moved in here. She’s been very professional here as well as her assistant Pearl (sorry I forgot her name) they keep up with our needs and they both work very hard daily. The property has always been well kept from the two maintenance guys who do an excellent job on the entire property here! They work closely with our manager to make sure things are complete and we are very happy here! We’re on a busy street and this property is very well manicured. Lots of pros with our management they run this property very well we are happy here and I understand there are lots of things that are out of her hands..... The owner needs to take into consideration how the electric gates are. When you drive on to the property, the two electric gates only gates up some of the buildings not the whole property as it should. If those two gates were removed and put on both entry ways of the property that would slow down the traffic from the homeless who hook up their own hose to use the water we pay for monthly and other people who walk on the property that do not live there! Less breaking in cars and sleeping in the laundry rooms. But that slowed down, thank goodness it just seemed like the owner didn’t care what we were going thru as long as he got everyone’s rent money but never mind our property that was getting broken into. We all kept telling Management but seems like when she told the owner he only put up extra lights...... anyways, this has been our home since 2016 and we enjoy it here because it’s clean and safe , the two maintenance guys keep up with everything daily as well as both ladies in the office they do a great job here managing this whole property! I give this property a 4 star because of how there’s only picnic tables for the units inside the gates ( only 1) but that’s all! We need picnic tables too around each unit so there’s places we can sit around this property!! Also the gates are not at the entrances and it doesn’t seem fair at all because part of the complex is gated and the other isn’t. This also lets the public come in and use our dumpster and fill it up all the time. I think there use to it because there’s no gates!! Lol I see this happen but that’s not my problem that’s what happens when the property is not gated people come fill up the dumpster FREE!

A lot of people be lieing bout the mangers being mean, rude and races but it not true at all they very friendly very nice their on top of everything the mangers are great people i never had a problem with them at all always on point on getting things done.

We do not have one bedroom units here ONLY two bedroom one bath, you are looking at $988 for 1 year or $1,008 for 6 months (includes water & trash) Serramonte
