I’m totally confused the count gave me list of apartments to call and this apartment was on here literally for a month I’ve been calling google says that their open but no one ever answer the phone so I figure the person who’s working is not working I also read reviews that they never answer the phone be mindful you never honestly know what calling on the other end even housing was on a call with me and also couldn’t understand the 3x we called no answer so I will have to report this business because it’s unprofessional if you can conduct business over the phone your business will be exposed in the opening today myself and housing called again and still no answer and this has been over a month the rep even stated she’s going to report and have ECO to take a visit to the property to definitely see what’s going on with the property owner and tenants

Undafe neighborhood, break ins, run down apartments, negligent management, and overpriced. Several times a week there are domestic arguments so 4-6 police cars have to come in an block the street and break the fight apart. Then there’s the GUN SHOTS you hear weekly in the neighborhood and the parade of HOMELESS people walking around this during the day. The outside looks decent but the inside of the apartments is a different story. My car was broken into last year. They are run down and something is always breaking. Good luck if you find someone at the rental office and it takes days for the manager to return your call. When you submit a maintenance request they tell you that the owners have decided not to fix it and it won’t come out of your deposit if you choose to find another apartment elsewhere. Or they tell you they’ll send someone to repair it over and over again but they never send anyone. They increase your rent over 7% each time you renew your lease and they tell you that there’s high demand and they increase it to compete with the market. I’ve had my rent increased about 22% so far while inflation increased 9% during the same period. You are required to get insurance for the benefit of the complex owner and you get charged an additional RUBS fee.

Horrible complex!!!! They never answer the phone, never in the office, don't repair things correctly, trash stay nasty, no one cares of issues within the complex, no one every try to solve issues even upper management if that's what you want to call them. This is a place where you can tell that no one cares, no one makes changes for the better, they don't even fake like they care they attitude reflect they way they run this complex. This has by far been one of the WORST complex I've stayed at.
