I've fill out my application 2 weeks ago. Was told I was going to receive a call at the latest 3 days. I've been calling and even went back twice. I've left voicemails and still no call back and no one in the office the times ive went back

They are never there except when rent is due or they say they open at 9 am and don't show up

They have a new manager it is rare that she is in the office. I had to go 3 times before she was there to pay my rent
