This location never answers the phone so you can’t make an appointment, but when you walk in, they say there’s no bankers available and you need to make an appointment. Save your time and go to the Cotton Lane location update they replied to my review with no help wow no wonder Bank of America is considered one of the worst banks

The banking experience has really gone down the toilet. I tried to call the location. No one answers. Called multiple times. No one answers. I tried to make an appointment, but no appointments available for at least 3 to 4 days. What happened to being able to walk into a bank and get business done quickly and efficiently. COVID is cited as the reason for changes. STOP BLAMING COVID!’!!!

By far the worst Bank of America from a customer service standpoint I have ever been to. I went there for the last time 4 weeks ago and will never go back again. The manager is absolutely clueless and ive even considered leaving bank of america because of the foolishness ive experienced at this branch. I drive miles out of my way to go the location on cotton lane.

They services they offer work out well but their biggest flaw is that they always only have 1 teller, no matter what time you go. Yes they have an ATM and the drive thrus, but having to wait 40 minutes for when yiu need a teller is ridiculous.its not like they don't have workers, there's literally 3 extra people walking around but they never help out because "they're helping the other bankers". If I don't absolutely have to stop here I don't. Unless I want to kill time in an air conditioned building in summer, the couches are comfy😅

I have yet to have a branch bank in Arizona answer their phone. when I mentioned it to a person I just said yeah they're really busy. then I asked somebody when I called the 800 number, the national number, I was told that they even have a problem getting hold of them at times. But it would be a little difficult since you can't hear an internal phone ringing anywhere within the bank either in the little offices or otherwise out the lobby and guess where everyone is. This is a problem they need to get rectified. Do I think they will well let's see it's only been going on for 20 years.
