Went in to this 3rd party TMobile store to add a phone to my service but because I was a previous Sprint customer, the gentlemen told me that their system was down and that they had no access to former Sprint customers at the time. He also mentioned tht the manager put in a ticket to regain access….WELL I called the Estrella TMobile and rep said that I was the 3rd person who had called their location stating the same thing but didn’t understand why. She said that they’re systems were not down and did not know how this Buckeye location was getting away with not helping customers out. She said tht they do have access but being lazy! FYI bad service & lazy workers at this Watson Buckeye T-Mobile location!! Go elsewhere to purchase phones or for any service!! They obviously don’t want the business!

So me and my sister came here yesterday to check out starting a new line for me and her and the lady who helped us, (think her name was Itzle) She was very helpful and patient with us even when we didn’t quite understand everything she broke it down for us and and continued to be patient and understanding. Amazing customer service!

Itzel helped my out today and provided great service. Switched from metro over to T-Mobile and she made sure she double checked everything and got my new phone set up! All the staff was lovely! There was a bit of a rush (several customers) but we didn't wait long at all.

Hahahahahaha! There are about 5 sales associates there on site. I was there twice last week and they are busy. I suggest going in as they service people as walking in a top priority. If you have a question just go online to a TMobile chat.
