Humans don't exist with this so called Property Mgmt Company. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, text messages. Even if I'm attempting to inquire about Leasing. I was about to apply online for a unit until they require an Admin fee of $150 (Junk Fee) along with the $50 app fee. No info on what this Admin fee is for. I can understand this fee once approved of lease, but why upfront? Time to move on

This place is nicely located so many issues with lofts. Management always changing. Only difference is with this one they answer the phone but do not handle maintenance request until months out. Portal for residents is not effective.
