Went in with a issue being suspension and I was scared of the huge bill I was going to get. The person who greeted me (Gus) listened to what my concerns were and even did his best to help me with a great price I could manage. The work was done within the next day and I was updated the whole way through. He was very efficient and kind. I would highly recommend this store and Gus. He was a huge help!

We had four popped tires due to getting caught in the middle of a high speed chase and police pulling spike strips in front of our tires. We were stuck on the side of the road for hours and hoping to get to a tire place to get home in time. Ryan and his team at Firestone went ABOVE and BEYOND to care for us. We called to let them know we would be coming. They called to check on us multiple times to see how far out we were. They had everything prepared when we got there. Changed the four tires quickly and even stayed later than close to finish the job. We are so grateful for their helping in getting us back on the road after a very long day. We for sure recommend them!
