I highly recommend you take your vehicle else where. read the reviews on this place. I have dealt with them before and they are horrible! I took my truck in for an alignment and they didn't do a damn thing to my truck. It was worse than how I brought it to them and they tried lying and playing BS games. went to another Firestone location and they confirmed that the buckeye shop did not align my truck and only made it worse.
They highly recommend scheduling because they are so busy.
