Quick Quack Car Wash

I went to the car wash and a part of my truck came off during the wash. I noticed it 15 minutes after I left. I tried to call the car wash and it kept going to an 800 number and they told me they could not contact the local car wash. I went back to the next day and they had my part but it was broken. I tried to follow a claim and the kid at the car wash call me that my truck was too old for them to accept the claim. I will never go to Quick Quack again they can't even answer the phone. Terrible customer service I'm aware of only one Quick Quack in Buckeye when I went into father claimed the young man in the little room was not sure how to do it and told me I needed to come back and see a manager I tried to call several times and only spoke to a lady and customer service she refused to forward my phone call.

Excellent service, friendly staff, awesome little extras.. but the wash it’s self was not very good. I went for the “Lucky Duck” the most expensive one and there are still so many spots it did not clean. Bugs on the grill/headlights/mirrors, dirt on the bumper.

Don't waste your time and money My car came out worse than it went in... Even after going thru a second time! Get this... They won't give you a refund for leaving you with a dirty car... really they could careless. They know it's a problem with their system and still send cars through fully aware they come out coated with a residue and water spotted. Now it makes sense why 3 minutes was slammed and only 2 cars in line at quack. Management needs to shut this down and fix things. What happened to good business morals? Oh and watch your mirrors the brushes will flip them forward violently and I'm sure they aren't responsible for that. What a joke. EDIT... ANY REVIEW OVER 2 STARS IS FAKE. LOOK AT THE COMPLAINTS... THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING. FOR THE RECORD I BROUGHT THROUGH A 2022 PATHFINDER AND YOUR LEADERSHIP IS RUDE AND COULD CARELESS IF YOU DRIVE DIRTY AND YES IM WAITING FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL A REFUND AUTHORIZATION... DISPUTING CHARGE WITH MY BANK WILL BE MUCH QUICKER. Update 7/4/2022 Management called a week later and left a message to call them back regarding my complaint, after calling back and leaving a message as well as sending a text indicating a good call back time.... And.... Nothing. Refund was never processed. STAY AWAY! Well unless you want poor service and a potentially damaged car but nonetheless it will be dirty. There are other car washes around.

Great car wash location. Been a member of Quick Quack since they opened this location. The energy of the staff is excellent. The overall result - primo. So much so I've seen luxury cars continue to come to this location. So many happy faces by a lot of customers leaving with clean and shiny cars.
