Not sure where the 4 star average is coming from, but here's my REAL experience. If I could give a zero star, I would. Thursday evening 4/28/2022 at 7:38pm we pull up to the drive-through, got greeted and ordered 25 count Munchkins. Female employee said, "we don't have any." So I told my husband, "didn't I tell you they would say that?" Employee said, "it was a very bad day." I told her, "than this isn't Duncan Donuts." She said, "you can go somewhere else because we don't have donuts either. " I've worked in customer service as a manager most of my life and would NEVER train or allow my employees to treat customers this way, especially that it reflects on the business because you're representing it. Good customer service nowadays is nonexistent especially in Buckeye, AZ. I give this store and the wannabe shift manager including the Restaurant General Manager a F - (minus) for no product and no customer satisfaction. P.S. we did and will continue to go to the other donut & coffee shop across the street... we Got treated 100% better with 100% customer care.

ROCK HARD! The donuts were stale and no longer fresh, just unpleasant to eat. They were all hard, musty, and dry. There selection was limited at best, there shelves were almost empty with little to select from.

I give this location no stars. I was beyond mad today 3/27/22 @ around 9 am. When I went into the store to get my husband and I a couple large iced coffees. First problem is the one they show advertised on the board above the register signature salter Carmel iced latte is now all of a sudden not being served. Why still have it advertised then. Disappointment #1. Okay so I let that go and decided to get one each of the other two types of signature iced lattes they offered. The kid (clueless) rings me up. I go to hand him my money (a $50 bill) and he looks at me like I have the plague. Says he can’t take a 50. I said why not and why is it not posted here at the register that you don’t accept those kids of bills. No sign anywhere in the store. Not on the door or the register. He proceeded to get angry and throw my money down on the counter. He said to me, “last time I took a 50 I got in trouble”. Okay cool can you get your manager then. So here comes the manager (a young girl” with an attitude and says “what’s the problem here? So I told her and she says ya we can’t take it. I said then why don’t you have a sign that says so. This way I wouldn’t have stood in line and ordered. She told me there is one in the drive thru. First of all I’m not in the dam drive thru and I didn’t bring any other form of payment. What a major disappointment to my morning. Shame on you people for treating customers this way. Get some signs!!! Do something!!!

I waited 15 minutes which is not bad for Dunkin. When the cashier handed me my hot coffee, it was really cold. My doughnuts didn't seem to be cooked all the way. They were gooey. Prints on two of them.

Maybe
because for one, a long John is just plain frosted where an eclair is filled that's why Dunkin donuts doesn't call their long Johns eclairs .....for that reason
