My family just moved from Florida to Arizona and I truly could not have imagined a better moving experience. We were able to do everything needed remotely and on a very limited amount of time. All thanks to Jalisa! She helped us every step of the way and was exceptional in response time, addressing concerns and making sure we had everything we needed for peace of mind. Jalisa was awesome! She helped us get moved from Tampa FL to Arizona within a 10 day time limit! Pressed for time and Jalisa made it all happen for us with no stress. She is even better in person. Hello so I've been here for about 4 months now. I wanted to do a review a few months out to see if anything changed. From the moment I called to set up an appointment to view the apartments to actually getting and applying, I have received pure kindness. I was a special case as I had to move here from CA urgently for my job and looking for an apartment was hard. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and talked to me as if we were long lost friends. I love the atmosphere and I loved everything about the very clean apartment. Yes there are a few scratches here and there but that's the old renters fault not the apartment complex. Everytjign was clean and I feel at home. I've lived in many apartment my life being military and traveling alot and this is THEE best experience. They even give you a welcome home bag with all kinds of goodies like dish soap and laundry detergent. Who else does that? With all honestly and speaking from my own experience this was just the best I have ever had. I'm glad I chose this apartment and they has something for me here. Julia, Madison and everyone who helped me thank you. The only recommendation I do have is having a pest control or sprayer person contracted to come once a month like some apartments I've been to but I have my own spray for these little critters.
