Well this one does.
No ISP would deactivate your personal router settings. It is against their policy to touch your equipment. While i agree Spectrum has been less than stellar over the past year. I have never had them touch personal equipment of any of my clients. However, on a security note make sure you change the password on your router to something secure. 13 digit alphanumeric with special characters is always a good idea
