This is the Lesser of two evils Spectrum AT&T seem to be the only two providers I can get on my block and both of have bad service. Me and my 10 neighbors have talked about the service five of us have AT&T and the other five have Spectrum and we are all unhappy. Number one complaint is this internet service, that usually after 12:01am they throttle back speed and or stop internet service for coming hours to do maintenance and updates and it seems like to be every day so if I'm wide awake I can't even get on the internet.

They are rude. All they care about is the money.. and not helping people

There always seems to be a wait in a line outside which is not the best when it is 100 degrees outside

The spectrum stores don't have one
Bring the unit in, they have an office located next to Ross and Inshape on California Ave.
Well this one does.
Call Spectrum. They'll fix it for free. It's their equipment.
Yes they do, sorry someone should have answered your question sooner. :( https://www.spectrum.com/internet/student-internet-plans
Depends I pay 54 a month
Yes you can.
They can be turning it in for many reasons. They internet off and returning the equipment lowers the bill. Or they don't want to continue service etc..
Yes
This location, you have to put your name in and wait in line like you're buying a new phone though.
