I use the spectrum app. Works like a charm
Well since payments via the internet don't work so Spectrum can add on late fees or add on fees via phone payments, the only way to reliably pay your bill on time is to physically go in and pay in person. Get a receipt too since they like to play games such as saying you never paid your bill on time when they never pulled funds from your account.
