Is it me or do these people working not do their job? I’ve Been on the line for 35 mins and still nothing it’s not like a huge group of people are all calling at the same time Honestly this place is a joke

I've never had a problem with them answering my calls. If you have been waiting for over 10min I would hang up and call again. Good luck
