My experience was around midnight on a holiday evening. Overall had a good experience. Took a family member here and we spent very little time waiting throughout the night. The longest wait was after my family member was given meds and they wanted us to sit in the waiting room to see if their condition improved. About 30-40 minutes. They constantly asked how my family member was feeling and if they had a ride home due to the medication. Very caring faculty here! Nurses were nice; we didn’t have to interact with security or see them deal with difficult people; doctor appeared rushed as he was super quick, but he was knowledgeable and very kind.

The worst ER Room I have ever been. Everybody is there for the money only. System and personnel should be changed.

I went to the er. I honestly didn't expect any help. I was there a few days . With no help. But today the most amazing Dr David H. And Stephanie S. Rn. She is so amazing and caring. He promised he would take of me care and that he did. I'm am so grateful to him and Stephanie.I wish there were more Dr and Nurses Like the two who treated me. Thank you so much.

Horrible experience. Didn’t do anything except check my son’s vitals (with a 102 degree fever). Sent him home without giving him medication (still had a fever) and said to come back if it reaches 103. Didn’t even see a doctor. Waste of time and money.
