Just wanted to update and let you know the Commissary is open!
Yes it is closed and will stay closed until the problems are fixed. I'm glad that they have taken the complaints seriously. The commissary was inspected and it was determined that the produce and deli/bakery areas were the source of the violations. This year we have had a terrible rodent problem around our neighbourhood. I'm not surprised.
It is closed "Indefinitely" there is a mandatory 2 day closure but if the problem isnt solved by the end of the second day it will stay closed until the internal store issue is resolved.

General health concerns and quality was the reason given. But it was likely because of the rat amongst the produce.
They're not fully disclosing the exact reason but the majority say that rodents and constant complaints about their terrible produce is the reason why.
