when taking and completing the course the dmv recognizes the certificate and do i still have to take driving test at DMV also if someone doesnt attend can we jump in

No driving test, but you still need to take DMV written test. If you are registered, you can jump in if someone doesn't show; however, register first.

If you missed your class, you go on stand by, and you can take someone else spot if theyre late or miss the class. You only need to take the written portion of the test at the DMV, turn in your certificate and you'll get your M1.
