I have been going to lee’s nails since the day they opened and their service quality was great but it’s sad to say their service has gone down hill! The place is dirty you can see they have not swept or mopped the floors in month. I could only imagine how there homes may be . During my visit while I was getting my pedicure I saw a cockroach crawling on on the chair was sitting on ! Which makes me think there not sanitizing or clean properly. And let’s not get to into my nails the guy who did my nails did a lazy work ! His work was like it was his first time doing nails which is not true because he has done my nails before and did an amazing job. When a customer comes in expecting what they ask for I believe it’s the employee job to deliver. Especially with the prices they charge we should DEFINITELY be getting or moneys worth ! I will say the girl who did my pedicure did a great job and her customer service was great ! They need more people like her working there . Unfortunately due to this experience I would no longer be returning or recommending this place.
