Depends, but not usually recommended. We utilize 125cc Kawasaki Eliminators which are perfect beginner/introductory motorcycles. We also teach in a residential area where noise restrictions are enforced.
At AMO we are on a noise abatement agreement with local residences. So we use a smaller bike for the MTC. You will find the techniques learned are transferable to any bike. Let us know if you have any other questions.
