Not exaclty. All if not most of the store products come from other stores like Costco. Products are tested and if anything comes up like missing parts or some fault it gets a discount. Although just make sure to price check. Some other reviews have mentioned some items being priced higher than the origional store. Either way great store for discounted stuff that us usually perfectly ok.
Prices are not negotiable as far as I know.
