Vets Village was put together by 2 non-profits: the Sacramento Veteran's Resource Center and Mercy housing. It is supportive housing for homeless vets. Well I honestly believe that it is a training facility for future FEMA camps. You absolutely have no rights they got like 30 cameras looking in your windows monitoring everything you do. Every time you have a guest over yet to sign them in that guess has to remain with you cannot be left alone in your house this becomes a big problem and a nuisance. Even family this applies to. In my opinion they are a bunch of money hungry bureaucrats
