Hi Jean, So sorry for the delay! It's been a very busy holiday season. Yes, we carry all sorts of shoes to accommodate foot ailments. We do not stock size 7 or 7.5 men's regularly but have been very successful with many unisex shoes or fitting in a women's 9 or 9.5 wide, which we do stock. Hope that helps!
A few of our men's shoes go down to size 7. Notably SAS. There are also a number of uni sex shoes that will fit a men's 7 or 7 1/2. Most of our walking shoes feature a great deal of support, and can be worn with a custom orthotic.
