What can I say, the ladies at M.A.C Berkeley are THE best! We have gotten our makeup done here twice and both times we walked out looking exceptionally beautiful! We have had Anisha (store manager), Osha, Ashley and Lexi do our makeup. Anisha and Osha did our makeup on our most recent visit and it was such a great experience! The whole time that you are sitting in the chair, you have the best time chatting with the ladies and they really listen to what look you are going for and make sure that when all is said and done, you not only look amazing, but also feel amazing. The first time I visited the store with my mother, we needed to get glammed up for my sister's pre-wedding festivities. On our second visit, it was for my birthday dinner. Both times I was in awe at the talent of the makeup artists and how much time and energy they took to make us look our best. It is advisable to make an appointment ahead of time for makeup services as the ladies are busy and need to attend to patrons as well. I definitely recommend getting your makeup done at M.A.C Berkeley! You will look beautiful and have a fun time while your makeup is getting done :)

The pandemic is lightening up and tomorrow I stand my post as usher. Yes, we are opening up for the second time and praying that we will continue to be able to worship in the House of Prayer. So you know, I had to make that run today to the MAC Counter and get my essential needs. If you shop at the MAC Counter, this should be your pick. These girls are experienced in what they do, they know their product and they have exceptional customer service. It was a delight working with them and I was able to get everything I needed. Even the compact that I needed that they were out of, the assistant called around until she found it at Bay Street and put a hold on it for us. I love it when I can go into an establishment and feel welcome. I did here at the MAC Counter on fourth street in Berkeley. Top product, excellent service (with a smile), and complete satisfaction.

So glad I was sent here! After my makeup service at another large chain was cancelled the DAY BEFORE my event, I was frantic. Thankfully, Ashley at MAC saved the day. She helped me pick out lashes and did a fabulous service, helping me feel confident and gorgeous. It was easy to tell she knew her stuff as she answered questions and quickly found an excellent match for a foundation. The store itself was clean, well organized and well stocked. Will definitely be returning!
