This morning when I was washing my kitchen floors I seen a mouse run out from underneath the refrigerator. I tried calling the emergency maintenance at 6:55 which goes to an operator for them to “pass the message over” after sitting in my kitchen all morning watching for these mice I was expecting a phone call from maintenance, after calling a second time the operator told me someone will get back to me Monday and this was not an emergency, when I asked what I was supposed to do all weekend with mice in my apartment I was told “get a trap Brittany I don’t know what else to tell you” this is extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and disgusting! I understand this may not be a big issue or concern to some. But it is extremely bothersome to me. I have a huge phobia of mice! So now I’ll leave me home to go stay somewhere else for the weekend without mice, until hopefully something gets done on Monday!

Noisy, unhelpful staff, $600 electric bills. Ridiculously expensive for no reason, place isn’t even nice enough. Save your money and live somewhere else. Negative 100 stars, DO NOT MOVE HERE !

The Needles Edge

Interesting building with really neat apartment design and structures. However this place is extremely haunted, ghosts will give you the most uncomfortable vibes in the deep into the night, staring at you from the foot of your bed; therefore the rating is brought down by one star.
