We moved into the Lofts in December 2021 and are very happy living here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and all of the residents are so nice! We have a west facing unit so we get to see some really gorgeous sunsets. The rent is reasonably priced and you can pay it directly in their tenant app, which is easy and convenient. You can also submit maintenance requests through the app. Maintenance is very prompt and nice. The leasing office staff is also super nice and helpful and it is easy to get in touch with them when needed. They also do community activities for residents around the holidays which is great! Our cat loves lounging in the large windowsills and our dog enjoys going to the dog park! There is also a fitness center. There are laundry hookups in each unit but there is also a community laundry room. I live in the South building and have never had any trouble finding parking and don’t have to wait long for the elevator. The only con I can think of is that the windows are a bit drafty, so I get chilly at night sometimes. The surrounding neighborhood is not the best but there is on site security here at night. This is the best apartment we have been in, we love it here so much!

My husband and I are still pretty new here, but I wanted to post a review anyway. We moved in a little under three months ago, and we moved all of the way from Minnesota. I really appreciate how these guys truly work with you before you're even a renter. We couldn't tour in person, so they sent us photos and worked with the fact that we had to do everything online. When we got here, they provided flat beds and grocery carts to help us move in. It was a very smooth moving process, especially with the elevator. We live on the fifth floor which means we have less neighbors than most, so I can't speak for the entire building's noise level but for the most part we don't notice any noise. If we do, it's pretty quiet and it's from the people below us and not to the sides of us. The other thing we love is that we were told we could get a dog, despite already having two cats in our apartment! They say that they base that off of apartment size and situation (so I'm not saying they'll say yes to three dogs or something 😂), but that was such a pleasant surprise. We go to the dog park all of the time (literally, all of the time) and it's so much fun. The only thing I don't like about the dog park is that you often find glass or trash mixed in with the dirt. Otherwise, it's a great space. There's also a great sense of community here, if you're open to it. When we first moved in we were overwhelmed with all of the new changes that we weren't really prioritizing getting to know the people that live and work here. But ever since we got our puppy, we've gotten to know quite a few because we have had to spend a lot of time walking to the dog park. Most of the people here are so kind and helpful to us. Every night at 8 pm a group of us get together to let our dogs play (there's like 6 or more dogs that will show up) and we just talk. It's really a wonderful place to live. Plus, the north side of the building (I live on the south, but it's not too far of a walk) has one of those community libraries in their laundry room. There's always going to be downsides. Like, I wish there was a barbeque or firepit area outside. There's really no outdoor amenities besides the dog park. Parking can be kind of horrendous, but there's always a spot... It just may be a hike from the building. But here's the thing, there's always going to be downsides to any apartment you rent. I like to hike, and I already know the perfect park to have a barbeque at if I really need one. I also like to walk, so I don't mind parking further away. It's all about what is important to you and if you're willing to get creative to solve "bummers," like the lack of a barbeque or firepit area. It's a safe apartment building (security from 5pm-3am) with mostly nice people who work and live here (everyone who works here is incredibly nice, but there's always going to be a resident or two that are not the nicest).I give it a five star review because I have appreciated and enjoyed living here and my "complaints" are miniscule in comparison to what matters.

My family and I lived here recently for two years. We moved out of State and that is why we left. First of all I need to mention how helpful and professional all the staff is. Whenever we needed anything they were there to assist with a smile. The building is well taken care of and the friendly cleaning staff keeps it very clean. This building allows pets. We enjoyed getting to know owners and their pets in the hallway and elevator. There are sometimes some pet accidents on the floor but they are quickly dealt with and cleaned up. In the warmer months the noise level can get bad. The electric bill in the winter can be quite alarming do to high ceilings and Drafty windows. The surrounding area is not too great. I remember wishing it was a nicer area to go for a walk. However beautiful walking areas are only a short drive away. Shopping is right down the street. Overall it’s a decent place to live. Beautiful big spacious apartments. Clean. Security at night. Nice neighbors and friendly staff. There are downsides to anywhere. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives at the Wamsutta Lofts.

Very friendly place. Love that you can have 2 pets. All we here is the dog upstairs throwing a bone around. Oh the elevator is very slow. They need to add more laundry facilities. When your in the end you have to walk all the way to the other end of hall and laundry is only in 2nd floor.

Hi Holly, We do not have 6 bedroom apartments. The most is a 3 bedroom.

Prices range, but most 1 beds are around 1000, they base price on sq ft...move in is first and security (1 months worth of rent). They usually have at least 1 unit open, unless you want a specific floor plan or want to be in north side vs south or if you want to be on a specific floor.
