Hi Joanne..I just applied there..they do..just need to fill out an application..they take section 8 vouchers also..I believe they go by 30 percent of ones income.. hope this helps..

Melissa Im not sure..but you can call them & ask..it might be income based..some apartments come with utilities included..it doesnt hurt to call & ask..there are some vacant apartmenrs available not sure how many bedrooms it is.. I hope this gelps you Melissa
