The first time I applied with this company I was immediately placed with a good job. Any questions or concerns I had were answered by a friendly and professional staff. I later quit under good standing (got hired by a company that was in my profession). Now back a few years later and I'm not as impressed as before.

Yes. And it's mostly labor type jobs
Yes they do. After I finished registering, it was just under a week when the job notifications started coming in 1 per day. Then 2 or 3 days later, 2 or 3 per day, every day even after losing my car & having no way to get to jobs, I'm still getting offers.
