I was just told to put something into my food at each meal by a guru on the internet I do not know if I am spelling these names correctly maybe you can help me. If you have it in your store I will come there to buy some. "Neem"? and "haree takee"?

Neem is a very bitter thing, comes from neem tree, haree means green so I'm guessing 1. Hara thaniya (coriander). It's just a poor guess
