Don't Live Here! The new management takes your deposit away!! After moving out, we were charged $750 for a full painting. We contacted the management, requested refund and provided pictures as proof that there was no damage to the painting. They were irresponsive, ignoring emails and dodging calls saying they don't have the permission to perform any action. Finally, someone named Angela on the call explained that that was a mistake on their end and agreed to give us the refund. We waited for two months, during which we checked in and they always say accounting is processing it. However, now they refuse to refund us😡

I have lived there for a year, I’d have to say that the previous managing company was GREAT! The staff were all very nice and friendly! They respond fast and suggest very helpful tips for me! However, in around April 2022, they’ve transferred to a Greystar company something like that? Then the management becomes horrible, the staff in the leasing office are mean and they NEVER answers the phone call. This is a pet friendly office and my pets are registered in my lease. However, when I had the moving out appointment, they refused to go check just because they saw my leashed dog. I had to put my dog in my car so that they will come along with me to proceed with the appointment, the lady told me that they are afraid of my golden retriever. I don’t care if people are scared or hate my dog but he’s on leash and very far from them. This is a very bad excuse to use when they are working. Also, I choose to view where my deposit spend have gone but I received nothing expect a check. I paid $1000a year ago and I only got $500 back. I don’t receive any reasoning for this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living in this apartment now with this management team.

The dryer and washer were broken and dirty as hell when I was touring my unit in June. By the time I officially moved in on July 15th, they were still broken and dirty. Now it has been two weeks, the office did nothing. Really bad service. Don’t rent it!

Several (I think 3) Chargepoint J2 chargers are in the upper garage (each charger has two heads). The open parking lot to the north across the street has better charging pricing. Be careful with the street parking I got ticketed. I think it's only free on Sunday and maybe overnight but I'd rather park on the street south of the building. Plenty of meters parking spots.

Yes, but it is quite manageable, especially with windows closed. I was on 5th St. side facing in same direction as tracks. One week in, you won't hear them.
