They have always took anything I returned. As long as it comes back same as it left. Berco is a good company.

The "official" policy is, returnable items in original saleable condition are accepted for full credit if returned within 10 days of purchase or delivery with receipt. Check your receipt to see if your item in question is returnable or if it has been marked as a final sale or a special order. However, if you have lost your receipt we would be happy to help you find it. If you are returning items after 10 days give the closest yard a call and talk with the sales staff or store manager. We usually extend the return policy to 30 days for returnable items. Need to return something after 30 days? Give the yard manager a call to discuss your specific case. On another note, If you have an issue with lumber grade or mill quality, please give the sales staff a call so that we can fix the issue for you as soon as possible. -Manager, Berco Redwood Roseville.
