My understanding is that as long as your guest is wearing a mask and obeys COVID protocols that you should be okay. I am not sure if they are performing temperature check or requiring proof of vaccination, so best to call the hotel and ask, as protocols are changing daily and weekly.
Yes, of course. There appears to be an employee in the area of the main hotel entrance at all times but I believe it's for safety and to ensure homeless individuals don't enter, which didn't appear to be a big problem. He never asked who we were as we arrived/departed and he even suggested he take our picture in their beautiful lobby area. You'll be fine.
