Yes!

I've seen some in the past.

Yes. There are tables on the card section where you can also set up and challenge people.

They have done a couple Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments before that I know of. Not sure when the last one was.

Never seen a tournament there, seen alot of people go and play card games with their friends or others there
