No.. no one is authorized to authenticate a signature there.. plus if it's already signed without someone authorized seeing it getting signed then you can't authenticate it no more

Probably not unless someone is there that day for a signing and brings an authentication company. But usually they dont authenticate unkess its signed infront of them from my experience
