I'd say yea might have to do some foot work but you'll eventually find someone that will be will to take them off your hands hands. Can't give you a 100% garinty just like anything though. But as the perveus said they are resellers so your not going to get top dollar. So have your poker face on and be prepared you might have to haggle a bit. Good luck👋
Most definitely you can get money. I would personally go there and see what they sell it for. And then sell it yourself on ebay.
