Is the Parking lot Private Property because the Sheriffs Department goes in there and gives out tickets like they own the place i got there to have fun not get a ticket!

Yeah, you don't have to worry about getting a ticket as long as you park correctly

No its not private, but it's a lot bigger than the previous site and easier to access going in and out of.
