That was one of the reasons why we left...we could definitely hear the tenants above us...walking, moving things, muffled conversations, even personal bathroom sounds! It became very frustrating! Lots of other details were off too. Floors and countertops were impressive, but electric outlets were installed upside-down, door stops weren't aligned with the actual doors, and the included Internet was accessible less than 20% of the time. When it was accessible, it was frustratingly slow. We paid the early termination fee to get out.
You can hear not only your next door neighbors but the ones upstairs as well. I can tell you the person upstairs vacuums twice a week and has kids visit maybe once a month. Hope you don’t want privacy
Very loud! Especially those walking on the heels of their feet. It sounds like an aerobics class upstairs. I have to literally wear earplugs. You can hear EVERYTHING! Outlets are upside down making it difficult to plug things in. Internet is slow. “Free” cable comes without the guide on the tv. Cabinets are cheap stained plywood. Countertops and floors are the only nice thing about them. They are taking advantage of those looking for homes due to the market and charging exhorbidant rent because they offer month to month tenancy with your pets.
