Came in for new suspension, struts etc. I explained the pads and rotors were already new and I was charged for new pads and rotors. I was told every on my vehicle that was wrong would be taken care of also needing 2 new front tires. Fast forward 1 month. My 2 front tires chords are showing with a massive hole on driver side and came off of the rim. and small hole on passenger. There's no way within a month my tires would look as bad they did if they change my tires. The employees closing store out on 6/19/22 said he took care of everything with the car. Meaning he had to of seen the damage while servicing my vehicle and put them back on without notifying me. And says "come back in 6months for your back tires". On 07/24/22 is when the tire came off the rim with my child ,pregnant girlfriend, and 2 other family members in the vehicle

I got a flat tire just as I dropped my daughter off at school, but luckily the school is super close to Mavis Tire. I pulled in right behind, Joe who was opening the place for the day. He got me right in! The plan was to patch or plug the whole however I seemed to have run over a huge piece of sharp metal. Joe showed me what was pulled out of the tire, then he took me to see what they tries to Fido to fix it. Unfortunately the hole was too large for a “bandaid” so I needed to replace the tire. Joe wasn’t pushy at all he was matter of fact and professional. He gave me all of my options and prices so I could make the near choice for me. I appreciate the time he spent to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision given the unexpected expense and inconvenience as I was on my way into work.
