Granted, it's a busy time of year. Still no excuse for such poor customer service, store wide. First, we had two employees, one carrying a wooden pallet up over his head(?!), casually chatting, walking through the main isle, blocking the entire path, completely unaware. Second, while waiting at the end of a long line (8 customers and growing), we saw three different employees standing around, all kind of hiding, while the one cashier (who couldn't have cared less), finally called for help. Someone (looked like a supervisor/mngr) came up, then walked away without saying a word. Finally, an eighth employee slowly walked up and opened a second register. When finally our turn, the original cashier said absolutely nothing, except for how much we owed. The whole experience was awful.

Nice selection of products. They never have a lot of clearance items though. Employees were very friendly and welcoming. My go to store when I'm in the area. We hope they were able to get the 2 sparrow birds that were trapped inside out. My son was very worried.

Great store and excellent service here!! Was making a big purchase on furniture and the store associates in the furniture department spent all the time necessary, helping me make a decision. Very knowledgeable and caring for my concerns. This resulting for truly a positive feeling needed before spending a large amount money on a bedroom set. I was there on Memorial Day and even though it was a holiday, everybody who helped me was still wonderful and professional, with upbeat attitudes. There are not too many stores like this out there that know how to go above and beyond the call of duty the way these store associates go to please their customers!

Pretty decent selection but its always chaotic. Loads of items stacked in the way of aisles. I know they have limited space but I think they need more employees. ((I am not the one who took this picture))
