Their hours posted are wrong I stopped by at 6:15 and the drive-through had an automated message saying they were closed this is the most problematic Dunkin Donuts in Irondequoit and there are four of them so that's saying something

I go to this particular Dunkin because it's closest to my house but I do not get the best service. Oftentimes the employees are rather rude and just as an example today's 2 donuts were stale and I picked them up before 1 PM. The location on East Ridge road and Seneca Avenue is your best bet in Irondequoit given the choice between the 3.

One of my best experiences at dunking doughnuts. The food was made perfectly as well as our drinks. It was all fast and the staff was super nice. The other 2 in East Irondequoit could take a lesson from this place.
