I am getting a message.that the.batteries on.my remote are getting.low Does the Comcast store sell these ? Also, how do you open the remote to replace.them?

These are standard AA batteries available anywhere. The folks of the Comcast store can show you how to open up the back of the remote to install but it slides off very easily.

It works like most TV remotes the past 30 yrs. The access cover is in the back: slide the cover downward and lift cover to reveal battery chamber. Takes 2 regular AA batteries you can buy from anywhere.
