Bought a pair of reading glasses about year and half ago and all of the coatings have come off plus scratches. I understood that they were out of warranty when I took them in to replace the lenses. I got it that I would need to pay for lenses, what I didn't get is that I would also have to buy new frames. They don't replace lenses! What a waste! Very disappointing customer service.

For $100 seems like $65 went to marketing. The glasses came bent, turned into a pain to return them. The customer support was mediocre… I get the biz model but there’s better glasses for more affordable Check out dot dash and italica.com two stars for copying everyone else and making it look somewhat new & cool.

A small but elegant shop where no pressure from the sale associates is sensed and you can take your time to find what you need. Sergio was very knowledgeable and professional in his role and I feel the location is nessled in an ideal location in the heart of downtown Palo Alto.

Cindy was very helpful and patient. My glasses were a bit tight from last adjustment at different location. She explained what the issue was and made sure I left happy with the adjustments she made. I’m very happy with the result and the customer service.
